Botanical name:Lavatera thuringiaca 'Rosea'

Lavatera thuringiaca 'Rosea' is an evergreen shrub that grows 6'-8' tall and 4' wide. The leaves are green with a maple-like form. It produces pink blossoms.

Chinese Pistache

Botanical name:Pistacia chinensis

The Pistacia chinensis is a deciduous tree with broad, spreading growth to 50' in height. Its leaves have 10-16 leaflets, and the fall coloring arrives in beautiful shades of red, orange and yellow. Prune young trees to shape. This tree does not have edible nuts. Female trees have tiny red fruit, turning dark blue. It prefers full sun and deep, infrequent waterings. This is a great street or park tree.

Dwarf Oakleaf Hydrangea

Botanical name:Hydrangea quercifolia 'Pee Wee'

And upright shrub with large maple like leaves. It has a very graceful form and it has wonderful white flowers in the spring. The plant is worth adding for the foliage alone but the blooms are to die for.

Dwarf Lily of the Nile

Common name:Dwarf Lily of the Nile
Botanical name:Agapanthus 'Peter Pan'

This clumping dwarf variety of Agapanthus has green, strap-like, evergreen leaves. Clusters of blue, oval shaped flowers appear in summer on top of stalks, making this plant about 2' tall. This dependable plant can be grown in sun or partial sun. It is drought tolerant in coastal areas but will appreciate occasional watering in inland warm areas, especially during the summer. This perennial attracts butterflies.
